How can I change my IBAN?
If you need to change the bank account number where your bills are charged, you can request a change to your account number directly from the app.
- Go to My Account > My Contract, and you will see a pencil icon next to your account number. Click there to edit.
- Enter the new IBAN and accept the SEPA Mandate (which authorizes us to charge your bills to that account number).
- Enter the password you use to log into the app and click "Save". Your request will be submitted!
It will take 2–3 days for the update to reflect in our systems.
