What does it mean that my vehicle brand is in "beta"?

For your electric vehicle to take full advantage of Smart Charging, the Chippio app needs to communicate with the vehicle to make it charge when electricity prices are low.

When a brand has "beta" or "beta test" status, the technical connection between the vehicle and the Chippio app has been tested, but not to the same extent as brands without the "beta" label.

This means you may experience some instability when connecting and charging your vehicle until we consider the brand to have been sufficiently tested to move it out of "beta" status. Since every brand has its own particularities, we test them one by one to give you the best possible service. If a brand is in "beta", it means we're already working on it — and that you'll soon be able to enjoy the full service.
