Can I end up paying €0 on my total bill?

With your surplus energy you can reduce the consumed energy charge to €0, but your total bill will not be €0. Fixed costs (contracted capacity and meter rental) along with the corresponding taxes will still be charged, as the simplified compensation regulations do not allow these to be offset.
