Yes, at any time from the app (More → My Contract), up to once every 24 hours. The change requires signing a new digital contract through Logalty and takes effect the day after signing.

There is no cost involved. Bear in mind that when you switch to the Tarifa Constante, the Price Guardian is automatically deactivated.
