Why hasn't Smart Charging generated a charging plan?

For a charging plan to be generated, Smart Charging must be able to extend the charge by a minimum of 30 minutes and verify that it can save at least 5% by charging during selected hours. If this is not possible, it will proceed with a normal charge.

This means that if you need your car ready in less than half an hour, or if Smart Charging detects it cannot save more than 5% by charging at specific times while still meeting your desired completion time, it will charge normally and no charging plan will be set.
