Why does my bill vary if the price is always the same?
The price per kWh is fixed, but the total amount on your bill can vary for several reasons:
- Consumption: if you use more or less than the previous month, the amount changes.
- Days in the cycle: billing cycles don't always cover the same number of days, as they depend on when your distributor reads your meter.
- System Adjustment Services: these vary with the market and are billed separately.
- Estimated readings: if the distributor sends an estimated reading, there may be a subsequent adjustment.
