Why have several bills arrived at the same time?

This happens when the distributor sends us the consumption data for several pending cycles all at once. Chippio can't issue bills without that official data, and as soon as we receive it we generate all the corresponding invoices.

This isn't an error — it's a catch-up of accumulated consumption. If the total amount is difficult to manage in one go, get in touch and we'll work something out.
