I can't register with my email
If you're unable to proceed with registration using your email, we recommend trying the following:
- Make sure you're typing your email correctly and with no spaces.
- Make sure you haven't used this email before to create a Chippio account.
- If you already have a Chippio account because you're a customer and want to add a new supply point, don't do it from the website — do it from the app instead. Here we explain how to add a second supply point.
- If you already have a Chippio account because you downloaded the app to try it out but aren't yet a customer, and you're trying to sign up online via the website — switch to the app and continue the registration there. It's even easier.
