Yes. The Tarifa Constante is compatible with photovoltaic self-consumption. The surplus energy you feed back into the grid is always compensated at the wholesale market price (OMIE minus deviation costs), regardless of which tariff you have contracted. The fixed price applies to your consumption, but the compensation price for your surplus energy continues to follow the market price.
