Yes. Logalty is the authorised provider we use to manage electronic contract signing and certified legal notifications.

If you receive an email from Logalty, it's important to open it and read it carefully, as it may be a debt notice, a contractual document requiring your signature, or a legally binding notification.

If you don't open the email, the system will resend it periodically until you do — even if you've already paid the corresponding bill. Opening it is the way to stop the resends.
