I made a mistake during registration and my name is incorrect, can I change it?
Of course, just let us know!
If there is an error in your name but your DNI or NIE is correct, simply send us an email at clientes@chippio.es letting us know which details need to be updated. We will change them for you so you can see them reflected in the app as soon as possible.
On the other hand, if the mistake is in a number or letter of your DNI or NIE, you will need to request a full change of ownership.
