Is there a binding period or minimum stay?

No, you are free to switch providers whenever you want.

As you know, there is no binding period (permanencia) and you will always have the freedom to leave if you are not satisfied with our service. We won't call you to try to convince you to come back.

If you decide to switch to another company, we would like to ask a favor: please fill out the satisfaction survey that we will send you by email. It will help us understand how we can improve.

The same applies if you have decided to add our Responsible Energy Service (Servicio de Energía Responsable). You can subscribe whenever you like and you can also cancel it at any time from the My Account > My Contract section in our app.
