When should I contact the customer support team?
We recommend getting in touch with our team if the Price Guardian still shows as active in the app even though you've deactivated it (it can take a few minutes to sync, but if it persists it needs reviewing), if you have questions about how the locked price appears on your bill, or if you'd like to compare the real cost between options using your consumption data.
