How do I request a change of account holder?

The process must always be carried out by the person who will become the new account holder. They need to download the app, register, and select the change of ownership option when entering the supply details.

The previous account holder doesn't need to do anything. The process includes a digital signature via Logalty and final validation by the distributor. The supply is not interrupted during the change.
