How is the energy price determined with the Tarifa Transparente?

Energy prices are published daily by the wholesale electricity market (OMIE) for each hour of the following day.

The result of that market, combined with other regulated components such as network costs and system services, forms the final price applied to your consumption each hour. Chippio adds no margin on top of these components — it passes on the real price at which it buys the energy.
