The request must be made by the new account holder.

A change of account holder for the supply (the CUPS) is equivalent to a change of customer.

This means that if this change is made, you will no longer have access to the data for that supply in the app, as it will belong to the new account holder.

The easiest way to process a change of ownership is for the new account holder to download the app and sign up as a Chippio customer.
