How does the service work?

The Price Guardian works in two steps:

1. Activation: you turn it on in the app to make the option available. This step doesn't lock the price yet — it just enables the possibility of doing so.
2. Locking: during the first 7 days of each month, you decide whether you want to lock in the fixed price for that full billing cycle.

Bear in mind that activating the service and locking the price are two separate actions. If you activate the Price Guardian but don't lock the price within the 7-day window, you'll pay for your energy at the variable market price that month.

Once locked, the price remains in place for the entire cycle, and you can't switch back to the variable price until it ends.
