How do I activate surplus energy compensation if I already have solar panels?

It depends on your situation:

• If you're already receiving surplus compensation with another supplier: you don't need to do anything. When you switch to Chippio, we detect it and activate it automatically.
• If you've just had them installed or are a new customer without active surplus compensation: you'll need to send us your CIE (Electrical Certificate) via the app or to our support team, and if you're in Catalonia, also the RITSIC. We'll handle the registration with the distributor on your behalf.
• If you're already a Chippio customer and are installing new panels: send us your CIE or Electrical Certificate (plus the RITSIC if you're in Catalonia) via the app or to clientes@chippio.es and we'll take care of it.
