What are the Red Eléctrica costs that appear on my bill?

Red Eléctrica costs, or Servicios de Ajuste  (SAJ), are technical costs associated with the electricity system published by Red Eléctrica de España. They appear only on bills for customers on the Tarifa Constante plan, where they are billed separately at the official price. Chippio passes these costs on without any additional markup.

If you have the Price Guardian, the SAJ costs are already included in the locked-in price and do not appear separately.
