What happens if my referral didn't use the link or the discount doesn't appear?

If you know your friend already has electricity with Chippio and a couple of months have gone by without seeing the discount on your bill, get in touch with us. Contact Customer Support and provide:

  1. Your email address.
  2. Your referral's email address.

Our team will manually check the connection and, if everything is correct, will apply the discount to your account.
