What happens if I don't pay my bills?
If a bill is not paid by its due date, it is considered an overdue debt. From two unpaid bills onwards, Chippio may terminate the supply contract immediately in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
Before reaching that point, you will receive a formal warning letter. If the contract is terminated due to non-payment, the customer's details may be added to credit default registers such as ASNEF or RAI, which can affect the granting of loans or mortgages in the future.
The only way to be removed from these registers is to settle the outstanding debt.
