Why are the prices in the App different from the market price (OMIE)?

The OMIE price you see in the App is the "bare" energy price.

However, in the "Consumption" or "What you've spent so far" sections, we already show you the final price including regulated costs and taxes.

This is the real price you'll pay per kWh, which is why it's always a little higher than the reference price.
