Why don't I see my discount yet even though I've already referred someone?
Don't worry, there are usually three common reasons:
- Contract pending: the discount only activates once your referral's contract is fully active and running — not simply once they've registered.
- Billing cycle: if your bill was already being processed when your friend's contract activated, the discount will appear on the next one.
- Link not used: if your referral didn't use your personal link when signing up, the system won't have linked them automatically.
