Why is the price shown in the App different from my bill?

It's important to distinguish between these two figures:

• Indicative price (App): a reference to help you know when it's cheaper to run the washing machine or charge your car. It shows the base market price, without charges or taxes.
• Billed price (Invoice): the actual final price, which includes all mandatory charges, network fees and taxes that don't appear in the market price chart.

In short: the App price is a guide, but your invoice is what includes all legally regulated final costs.
