How do I increase or decrease my contracted capacity?

Capacity changes can't be managed from the app. You'll need to request it by contacting our customer support team by phone or email. You can choose your capacity in multiples of 0.1 kW, up to a maximum of 15 kW.

Bear in mind that this process has a cost regulated by the distributor: reducing your capacity costs approximately €11, and increasing it costs approximately €45 per additional kW.

In the app you can check your peak consumption over the past year to see whether you have room to lower your capacity without risking the circuit breaker tripping.
