How do I switch to another provider?

If you want to switch to another provider, you won't have any issues.

We will be very sorry to see you leave Chippio, but of course, you can switch electricity providers whenever you want. As you already know, there is no lock-in contract (permanencia) with Chippio. You do not need to notify us of your cancellation.

Once you sign up with another provider and the switch becomes effective with the distributor, we will receive a notification and your cancellation will be processed automatically.

We will issue your final bill corresponding to your last meter reading, send the charge to your account, and that’s it—no hard feelings!
