How do I change my contact address?
This is the contact address used for any type of postal communication.
Under My Account > My Contract, you can view all the details associated with your contract. You will see that there are two addresses:
- Supply address: The address linked to the CUPS code of your electricity supply.
- Contact address: This may or may not be the same as the CUPS address. You can change it if you prefer to use a different one—for instance, if you live elsewhere and want your regular address as your main contact point.
Currently, the option to edit your contact address directly in the app is not yet available. If you need to make any changes, please email us at hola@chippio.es to request them.
